Summer in Australia 2020

This presentation shares a personal experience of the 2020 summer in Canberra and southern NSW, it was put together to share experience with international colleagues.

IoT Under the hood

This is a high level look at the concepts of IoT and associated technologies. The presentation provides some insight into how IoT is already touching our lives and the need for considering security and the use of IoT within broader enterprise strategies.

Presenter bio

Paul has recently taken on the KISTERS Australia General Manager role and is involved in product strategy, marketing and
management. Prior to this role Paul was with the Bureau of Meteorology where he led the establishment of the first national
water archive. Pauls background in field Hydrology began in Victoria in 1990 before moving to Canberra, being involved in
local and international networks and projects before joining Hydstra in 2001.
